Hoop Associates - Springside
The second film was aimed at attracting prospective buyers to Springside. We filmed a colourful cross section of people talking in a natural and spontaneous way, as to why Springside is such an exciting new development within the city, and why Edinburgh is such a fantastic place to live.

Visualising property
Property developers often share the challenge of selling something that doesn’t yet physically exist.
